The Patient Portal allows patients access to view/download/transmit secure document. Eyeglasses prescriptions and contact lenses prescriptions, if applicable, are uploaded to the Portal following completion of patient's eye examination. Patients may also request the office to upload their medical records, past invoices, and other medical documents to their Portal for convenient access. Patients may also send secure HIPAA-compliant messages directly to our office through the Portal.
Patients logging into the Portal for the first time will need to click on "Register New Account" to set up the password to log in.
