Patient Portal

The Patient Portal allows patients access to view/download/transmit secure document. Glasses precscriptions are uploaded to the Portal following completion of patient's eye examination. Patients may also request the office to upload their medical records, past invoices, and other medical documents to their Portal for convenience access. Patients may also send secure HIPAA-compliant messages directly to our office through the Portal.

Patients' username is on the handout that was given to patients at the end of their eye examinations. If that handout is misplaced, patients may call our office to obtain this information. It is highly recommended for patients to login to the Portal and change the password. (Patients logging into the Portal for the first time will need to click on "Reset Password" to set up the password to log in.)
